The Junior Varsity Hitmen, led by Coach Brian McCarthy, are off to a great start: with one loss overall, plus a strong showing in their first PSAL game (final score: 18 – 0), this promises to be an exciting season for Stuyvesant! Meanwhile, the Varsity Hitmen recently returned from their very successful Florida Spring Training trip (see below for a great post about the trip from our coaches), and are heading into the final two weeks of their season. Coach Carlesi hopes to bring the Hitmen to the playoffs once again — but they will need to win three of the next five games in order to do so. Please come out and support our players as they face Murry Bergtraum, Lab, and rival Beacon High School this week and next. Show your team pride by wearing your FSB caps and t-shirts!

Also, mark your calendars for our beloved community event — the ALUMNI GAME: Saturday, June 21, at 1:30 p.m. , on our home field at Pier 40.
