Our offense pressured their defense all game and included 2 hits from both Henry Carver and Owen Potter. Francis Lewis captured the lead in the first inning, but the Peglegs took over for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third, Matt Deutsch drove in a run on a fielder’s choice. Owen Potter singled, driving in one run, and Ben Zenker grounded out, scoring another run. The Peglegs collected eight hits. Potter and Henry Carver each collected multiple hits for Stuyvesant.
